Here’s a step-by-step guide to our job application process

JOB APPLICATION FORM
HR Staff will hand you a form. You need to fill it up including the position you are interested in.

VALID ID AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Present your documents to the HR Staff. They will be the one to scan it. We will incorporate your documents to your profile.

CREATE ACCOUNT
HR Staff will assist you to our computer area. You will be instructed to go visit BPOSeats.com and create your own account. Just don’t forget to write down your BPO Internal ID, you can find it at the upper left corner of the screen and it starts with 00.

PREPARATION
After the online creation, we will give you enough time to prepare. Go through with the questions written in the form. You don’t need to memorize them, but just familiarize the questions.

FILMING TIME
It’s your time to shine. BE CONFIDENT. You only get one chance to prove to a potential employer why you’re the right candidate for the job.

After the interview, we will edit your video and upload it to our database. It will be shown to our 100+ clients. Once we received a feedback from them, we will call you right away.

That’s it. Simple as that.
